Controlware Inc., a leading supplier of IP CCTV video surveillance systems, announces that it has appointed Integration Logistics Inc. headquartered in Bear, DE., as its master distributor for security systems products in the United States.
Controlware provides leading edge Video Management Software (VMS) for security systems. Its premier products are the Cware Integra and Cware Prime software platforms designed with “open” architecture to accommodate a wide range of different vendor products and to simplify integration with existing security installations. Cware Integra software is designed for single server applications and can handle both large and small sites while Cware Prime is a multi server package intended for very large systems typical of Airports, Federal/Municipal applications and large corporate systems. Both systems support Network Video Recording
(NVR) that enables users to benefit from cost-effective and scalable storage as recording requirements evolve. Leading features of Cware VMS include the ability to build resilience into systems with distributed architecture, 2.5D mapping technology, object tracking software, remote video surveillance via mobile devices such as cell phones and the ability to build integrated security systems by linking surveillance with Access Control and other external systems.
“The appointment of Integration Logistics Inc., as the Master Distributor for these systems follows a very successful partnership where Integration Logistics has been the integrator and installation company for multiple installations in major banks and schools” said Bob Coackley, Controlware’s acting President. “Integration Logistics has demonstrated outstanding commitment to customer care together with first class systems design and support strengths. We anticipate that Integration Logistics will work closely with other integrators, distributors and sales representatives to broaden our reach into US markets for our software”.
The Master Distributor Agreement provides for technical support to both new and existing partners and customers starting today, with a handover period of approximately 30 days to complete the transfer of support data. After April 2010, Integration Logistics will be the sole source for sales and technical support for partners and customers in the US. Controlware will continue to support Integration Logistics for escalated support issues.
Ken Schafenberg, Chief Executive Officer of Integration Logistics said “We are delighted to have been selected by Controlware to be their Master Distributor in the United States. We have considerable expertise and experience in the design and installation of Cware systems. The reliability and ease of operati on of the Controlware GUI solidified our commitment to install Controlware in mission critical facilities. The system is easy to install, maintain and service which makes it an ideal solution for IL and our commitment to exceptional customer service. We look forward to these systems being a major part of our expansion in the US”.
