He has twelve years of professional experience at Aviem Systems, Orbit Technologies, Nur Macroprinters (HP) and Teledata (ADC), where he has been credited with several key achievements.

 

At Aviem, a specialist in high-power, engineering oriented projects, Voss restructured the service division and enhanced process control. While at Orbit, a provider of marine satellite communication systems, he measurably improved operational processes and customer retention rates. Voss also successfully managed large technology and logistic teams at Nur Macroprinters and Teledata, which have since been acquired by Hewlett-Packard and ADC, respectively.
