12VDC Wall Mount Units Provide Cost-Effective Power
Altronix is showcasing its recently introduced line of SAV DC Wall Mount Power Supplies which are now UL/cUL listed at ASIS 2009.
The SAV Series – available in a range of models offering 4, 9, 18 and 36 outputs – provide 12VDC for powering video surveillance cameras and accessories.
“The SAV series offers a reliable and cost effective line-up of power options for 12VDC video surveillance installations,” said Alan Forman, President, Altronix. “And now with the UL/cUL listing, their use can be expanded to include installations which require this certification.”
Altronix’s line of SAV Power Supplies provides 12VDC power distributed via Class 2 rated power limited outputs. Each of the filtered and electronically regulated PTC protected outputs with individual LED indicators also features short circuit and thermal overload protection and include a field-installable three-wire line cord (115/230VAC operation).
The SAV Series consists of:
• SAV 4D – four 12VDC outputs rated at 5 amp
• SAV 9D – nine 12VDC outputs rated at 5 amp
• SAV 18D – eighteen 12VDC outputs rated at 5 amp
• SAV 182D – eighteen 12VDC outputs rated at 11 amp
• SAV 36D – thirty-six 12VDC outputs rated at 11 amp
