Unveiled at this year’s International Security Conference & Exposition (ISC West), VideoRouterIP is the industry’s only
auto discovering/self configuring router compatible with most major camera manufacturers (Axis, Mobotix, Sony, IQInvision, with more on the way). With VideoRouterIP, installing IP video cameras is now as simple as plugging in the ethernet cable.

With VideoRouterIP, all you need to do is connect it to your network, then install your IP Video cameras and connect them to the VideoRouterIP. The VideoRouterIP then automatically discovers the camera, and communicates configuration settings back to your host VideoProtein web server.

"By automating such processes as setting IP addresses, setting the username and password on the camera, port mapping, creating a dedicated video VPN tunnel, and opening the firewall for an outside connection, IP video installations can now be as simple as CCTV."
"VideoRouterIP captures video on the edge of the network, which keeps video traffic off the corporate network. It also has built-in storage options of 500GB, 750GB and 1TB," Willis added.
VideoRouterIP is available in 4 port and 8 port sizes with integrated Power over Ethernet (POE), as well as larger Enterprise size models.
