IP-in-Action LIVE California Delivers a Focused, Well Run Event in Newport Beach, California

A beautifully sunny day, great food and the perfect venue to enjoy it all in, enhanced the experience for more than 75 security professionals at IP-in-Action LIVE California in Newport Beach, CA, on March 7, 2012. The successful event held at the Newport Beach Hyatt Regency is the first of four IP-in-Action LIVE seminar/expos held in 2012 by IP UserGroup USA. Introduced as the 2012 seminar theme, the new Partners on the Network Series is very well accepted.

“As always, a well run, focused event,” said Steve Surfaro, Industry Liaison, Axis Communications. The mix of systems integrators, end users and consultants is well represented at IP-in-Action LIVE California as they perused the exhibits, attended the presentations and networked with fellow security professionals.

Presentation Title:  "The Functionality of Web-Based Access Control Systems"
Description: Learn about a new cost effective web-based access control solution that your customers won’t outgrow. Web based access control offers simplicity, expandability, scalability and flexibility. With a browser-based interface the learning curve and training time are significantly decreased. And you don’t have to have a dedicated PC—simply log on and you’re ready to go, securely—from the office or anywhere. An installer-friendly design easily adapts to existing IT infrastructure and methods. This means reduced installation and support cost. Its superior scalability means you can purchase the exact amount of access control you need now—and add doors later as business needs change. In this class, you’ll get to know the hardware ins and outs and find out more about the web-based functionality.
