Genetec Extends Its Product Offering with Professional Services
Genetec is launching a new Professional Services Department to complement its innovative suite of IP-based security and public safety solutions. The department provides support in the management, engineering and personnel training of small to large-scale installations.

NUUO, Axis and Mobotix Products Used to Secure Albania Elections
There are 70 voting stations in Albania, and the surveillance system needed to monitor and record the process of the ballot casting, counting and announcing was put forth to system integrator, SHINE. Working with NUUO, the integrator ensured the stability of the surveillance system by equipping the 70 inter-regional locations with 445 IP cameras and processed a huge number of video signals simultaneously during the election. Axis 207MW Megapixel IP cameras were installed near the vote counting tables to record the vote counting process. At the same time, Mobotix Q24 IP dome cameras were installed on ceilings for general surveillance.

Redlands Unified Schools Improve Security with IQinVision
IQinVision reports that two Redlands Unified School District high schools have deployed more than 100 IQeye HD megapixel cameras in a successful effort to improve school safety and deter possible incidents. Conduit Networks of Temecula, CA is the project integrator.

Honeywell IP System Protects Sprawling Church Campus
An enterprise server and IP cameras from Honeywell Video Systems offer expandability to meet the changing security needs at Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship (OCBF) in Dallas, TX. The installation of the integrated, IP-based system that centralizes and streamlines security operations for the OCBF campus was installed by Honeywell-certified integrator Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, Inc. The scalable system covers multiple facilities located on the campus, including the worship center that seats 3,400 for services every Sunday.

IndigoVision's complete IP-CCTV solution is at the heart of a ground-breaking integrated IP-security system at the Mohican North Star Casino in Wisconsin. ScanSource Security reports it has signed an agreement to distribute the Intransa VideoAppliance rack-mounted server/storage unit. The unit comes pre-loaded with video management software (VMS), which allows for video monitoring, recording and event management. With the addition of Intransa, ScanSource Security can now offer a total end-to-end solution for resellers, including cameras, video monitoring software, switches, servers and storage.

3VR Integrates with SureView
3VR Security Inc. has formed an integration partnership with SureView Systems' Immix management platform for video surveillance/CCTV, intrusion and fire alarms, access control and VoIP audio. The new integration enables security personnel to instantly view video of any event that has triggered an alarm to Immix, and conversely, to set up alerts for specific actions captured by 3VR's advanced video analytics. 3VR improves security monitoring by increasing and enhancing the information flowing to central stations.

The Panasonic WJ-HD716 is a 16-channel real-time DVR that takes advantage of the improved performance of many of today's cameras.
