Keynote: Today's Successful Apprehensions Balance Openness and Security
Keynote Speaker: Dan O'Neill, president of Applied Risk Management
Dan O'Neill will be discussing Occupancy Assurance. This is a new physical security concept recently developed by Applied Risk Management that has been successfully deployed at colleges, universities, hospitals, hotels, airports and other environments. Occupancy Assurance is having the ability to balance openness and security while knowing who is in your facility at all times. Real world high profile murder cases that were significantly aided by the concept of occupancy assurance will be discussed. These cases include the Boston Craig's List Killer, the Yale University Graduate Research Student Murder and the cases against Jordan van der Sloot who is suspected of murdering Natalie Holloway in Aruba and Stephany Florez in Peru. This new concept is changing the way IP Camera systems and other security assets are deployed and managed.
It is FREE to attend! Breakfast and Lunch included.
