ScanSource introduces SUMO, a powerful online tool created to provide networking and partnering opportunities for value-added resellers (VARs), hardware vendors and independent software vendors (ISVs). SUMO is an international online "networking community," that allows members to seek out potential partners by entering specific search criteria into a search bar, which then returns companies that match the search criteria.

Honeywell introduces three additions to its popular Performance Series product portfolio. The new members of the Performance Series line include: the NetAXS-123 web-based entry level access control system, ideal for one, two, or three doors; the HDT Series PTZ True Day/Night dome; and the HRDP H.264 digital video recorder (DVR) which offers clear crisp video using H.264 video compression and a high image per second recording rate.

Fluidmesh Networks and MOBOTIX have entered into a technology partnership to offer an enhanced solution to integrators that will deliver the next generation of wireless video surveillance solutions. The importance of wireless networking in video surveillance systems is growing, particularly among large-scale installations
Genetec is launching the SV-16, a network security appliance powered by Genetec's software. The new compact-sized appliance comes pre-loaded with Genetec's well-known video surveillance system, Omnicast, and is targeted for small-scale installations under 16 cameras and for multi-site installations with small remote locations
Now, after successfully passing the rigorous testing, all the SAE IP products are compatible with the OnSSi platform.
