Charles Foley - Chief Executive Officer, TimeSight Systems
Charles Foley has over 25 years experience leading both private and public company teams to success. He was formerly the President of Tacit Networks, Inc., a network optimization company acquired by Packeteer (NASDAQ: PKTR), and CEO of InfiniCon Systems, a leader in high-performance networking which was acquired by QLogic (NASDAQ:QLGC). He was also EVP & CTO, INRANGE Technologies, a storage networking industry leader and VP, WW Marketing & Strategy for the IT systems company Amdahl (acquired by Fujitsu). Mr. Foley has also held senior positions at IBM and Memorex-Telex, and sits on the Board of Directors for Network Engines, Inc. (NASDAQ: NENG), as well as serving as Chairman for Critical Links, Inc.
Mark Gally - VP of Marketing, VideoIQ
As Vice President of Marketing, Mark Gally is responsible for VideoIQ's marketing strategy and the overall market development.
Most recently Gally was the Director of Marketing at Merced Systems where he founded and lead all marketing activities for the company. During his tenure, Gally helped the company grow from $2MM to $50MM in annual sales by establishing Merced as the leader in both the Sales Performance Management and Service Performance Management market. Prior to Merced, Gally held senior positions at both Siebel Systems and MicroStrategy.
Gally has a BS in Engineering from Cornell University, a Masters in Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Masters of Business Administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Dan O'Neill - President, Applied Risk Management (ARM)
 Daniel M. O’Neill, is the Founder, President and CEO of Applied Risk Management (ARM), LLC. First established in 1997, ARM provides global risk management and security engineering services with offices in Stoneham, MA and Baltimore, MD. Dan is a graduate of the Harvard Business School and was a former Captain in the US Army. He was an honor graduate of US Army Ranger School and he was a recipient of the Douglas MacArthur Leadership Award.
Mr. O’Neill is a co-author of the report, Campus Violence Prevention and Response: Best Practices for Massachusetts Higher Education. He is also the co-author ofThe Handbook for Campus Threat Assessment & Management Teams; ARM 2008 and the co-author of Security Design for Sustainable Buildings and Campuses; ARM 2009.
He has been the Principal in Charge of over 100 security and emergency response engagements including multiple large scale projects in the university, airport, biotech, military, government, financial, healthcare and manufacturing industries. He has provided consulting services to Harvard University, Harvard Business School, MIT, Boston University Medical Center, UMass Amherst, Johns Hopkins University, UMass Lowell, Stonehill College, Simmons College, Bentley University, and others.
Tim Russell - Director, Honeywell Video Systems
Tim Russell has been in the security industry since 1997 and his years of experience include roles at both the integrator and manufacturer level including commercial sales consultant, commercial sales manager and regional sales manager. He has held various positions in the Honeywell Security Group across the access and video businesses, including his current role as director of video systems sales. Tim is a member of ASIS International and holds a BA in business management from Universityof Phoenix.
